What to expect on the Bocconi Undergrad Test

Overall difficulty

High — time pressure is strict (75 minutes for 50 questions, ~1.5 min per question). Requires fast mental math and structured elimination.

Question style

1.5 minutes per question overall. Prioritize Logic and Data Analysis questions where fast elimination yields quick points.

Exam-day tips

1Eliminate at least one wrong option before guessing — reducing options from 5 to 4 turns the expected value of guessing from negative (−0.05) to positive (+0.10).
2Do not spend more than 2 minutes on any single Math problem. Mark it for review and return if time permits.
3For reading passages, read the question prompt first so you know whether to scan for specific data or main ideas.
