Part 1 of 2
1. Moto Rettilineo Uniforme (M.R.U.): velocità 'v' costante, accelerazione zero. Equazione oraria: s(t) = s0 + v * t. Regola pratica conversioni: Per passare da km/h a m/s DIVIDI per 3.6 (es. 72 km/h / 3.6 = 20 m/s). Per passare da m/s a km/h MOLTIPLICA per 3.6.
2. Moto Rettilineo Uniformemente Accelerato (M.R.U.A.): accelerazione 'a' costante. - v(t) = v0 + a * t - s(t) = s0 + v0 * t + 1/2 a * t^2 - Relazione senza tempo: v^2 - v0^2 = 2 * a * Delta_s.
Worked example
Un'auto frena con accelerazione decrescente a = -4 m/s^2 da una velocità iniziale v0 = 20 m/s (72 km/h). Tempo di arresto (v=0): 0 = 20 - 4t => t = 5 s. Spazio di frenata: s = 20(5) + 1/2(-4)(25) = 100 - 50 = 50 m.
1.Una velocità di 108 km/h corrisponde a 30 m/s.
2.Un corpo lanciato verso l'alto verso il punto di massima altezza ha accelerazione nulla nel punto più alto.

Why is this the correct answer?
Eliminate any option that contradicts something stated directly in the lesson, then check which one actually follows from the rule you just learned. Tell me which option confused you and I'll point to the exact line.
Exam strategy
If you can explain why the wrong answers are wrong, you know the topic. Remembering the right one only gets you halfway.
